MLB allstarbreak

MLB All Star game was pretty good...Everyone is bashing LaRussa for not using Pujols. Oh well. I dont care either way too much. LaRussa held out his multiple all star berth MVP. It is bettter to hold out Pujols than to leave someone out who is in his 1st or 2nd all star game.

Also, someone needs to explain to me why Jose Reyes played 7 innings and JJ Hardy 2innings at the same position. both of them are 'natural' shortstops. That did not seem fair to the Brewer fans and /or Hardy.

I loved the fact that I was able to see four Met players and Ken Griffey junior in the same allstar game. and yes that includes the freak bounce off of the wall by Ichiro's inside the park home run.

That home run derby was ok. not bad and not great. Rios and Holliday impressed me(I have really never seen them play before). Prince Fielder sukked. Pujols was ok.

Vladimir is such a beast because he gets it done wit 1949 equipment. He uses tape and no batting gloves on his hands to bat.

It woulda been dope if ARod attempted to truck russell martin at home in the 4th inning.

Lets all hope that the Mets' Lastings Milledge comes up and plays his best ball of his life.
cuz if not...they gonna trade his butt. Pedro might be back in 3 weeks. wow. If he makes 4 starts before the playoffs I would be elated.
